For this niche market, we offer our Premier Advisory Program. You meet with your business advisor twice a month and focus on further developing your book of business so that you are managing fewer households with higher average values and that have a greater level of respect for the role you play in their wealth accumulation and preservation.
At this level, we are also looking at your business development systems and how they can be built to be both sustainable and scalable without you having to do more work. Most advisors have teams at this level, and we can give you some insights and strategies to get your team to develop qualified prospects that build the overall value of your AUM.

On average, Advisors at this level can be expected to see net growth of 2-4 M in new assets per month, assuming a $500K - $1M minimum account size.

For this niche market, we offer our Premier Advisory Program. You meet with your business advisor once per month and focus on building out your account list of 'high-value clients.' Developing a group of Champions to deliver qualified prospects to your practice is also a key focus. And finally, clarify the niche markets you want to own and communicate effectively with them so they believe you are 'their person.'

<50M AUM or less than two years in the business
As trusted business advisors, we must offer value above the monthly coaching retainer. For those new to the financial services business or who might have a more modest book, we recommend first looking at our Foundry AI™ program. It holds the same content we cover in our Premier Advisory sessions but at a much more client-managed pace and accessible price point. With learning all the ins and outs of running your book, we find that those newest to the industry are best to start here.

Thinking about selling your business
Depending on where you are at with transitioning out of your practice (just starting to think about it or a year out), we can work with you to amplify the value of our practice before your valuation is done and you are ready to sell.
In situations where you have an internal heir that will be taking over, and you are doing the financing, we can work with the successor to ensure their business development activities are current so that the chance of you getting paid full value on the book is much greater.
We work closely with a partner company, Advisor Exit Guide, that plans and oversees the mechanics of selling your financial services practice efficiently and profitably. They specialize in three main models: selling within a corporate structure (i.e. Morgan Stanley), selling to an heir in the business (family member or not) or selling to an external target within an independent model. The best time to start talking with them is five years out, but it might be worth chatting sooner if your timeline is shorter.
